Hi... I am interested in an ancestor (John King) who I believe was in Washington Co right around 1800 and possibly up until 1822. He migrated from Pitt Co., NC. My question is - can anyone tell me what resources are available for Washington Co research in this time frame. I couldn't find much at all on from the LDS library. Are there books that might help? Are there court records not filmed? Any suggestions as to how to proceed will be appreciated. Thanks, Christina
Do you live in GA? There is some information in most GA Libraries. -----Original Message----- From: Christina Hunt [mailto:Ninah@ix.netcom.com] Sent: Saturday, March 10, 2001 7:17 PM To: GAWASHIN-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [GAWASHIN] New to list Hi...
