A nationwide reunion and research information exchange is scheduled for Friday, June 9 to Sunday, June 11, 2000 in Washington, Wilkes County, Georgia for all descendants of Amason, Amerson, Amison (and alternate spellings). Last years event in North Carolina drew AMASON and AMERSON descendants from many different family lines, from Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Everyone is welcome!! Two meals, a get acquainted dinner on Friday evening, and lunch on Saturday are included in the registration fee.
