Ray, I'm glad you reminded me about this. If I can get the new Ware County GenWeb pages uploaded today, I need to finish the data on the 1840 Census and get it sent in for the Archives too. I have it all hand written, just haven't typed all the slave data and the other info. There were only two free persons of color that I remember for the whole county, and this is one of them. There are some slaves listed, not a lot, but there are some that we definitely need to get recorded. Oh, how I wish these early Census had given us some more names, other than just head of household & numbers.
