S Thank you so much for looking it up for me, but none of them is the one I am looking for. It is sort of strange. William would have been about 52 then. He was married to Lydia Miller Sweat in 1878 in Ware Co and is believed to have died in 1881. According to a deed book in Ware Co, the homeplace of William Dryden was sold in 1882 by his widow and also in 1882 she was granted a years support from the deceased husbands estate for 1 year (Huxford). It would seem they would appear on the 1880 census somewhere. At the time they would have probably had at least 2 Sweat children living with them: Cuyler and Charity. Thanks again for the help....Christi
