Judy Strickland, Does the name of Rev. Nelson Conner show in any of your early church histories? I understand my gggrandfather was assigned to the Waresboro area in the 1840s. He married Margaret Booth(e) of Manor. Her parents were Jesse R. and Margaret Gatch Boothe. They were from SC and settled in Ware County in the 1830s.
