Don't remember who wanted this one. Hope it was someone on our GAWARE list. Waycross Journal-Herald, Monday, December 8, 1913: MRS. A. E. COCHRAN IS TAKEN BY DEATH Early Sunday morning Mrs. A.E. Cochran, the wife of a well known attorney of this city, died at her home on Hicks street after a long illness. While her death was not unexpected it came as a great shock to her relatives and friends. Mrs. Cochran is survived by her husband and one daughter. Her mother, Mrs. A.M. Marshall, of Jacksonville; two sisters, Mrs. W.A. Kennon, of Monroe, La., and Mrs. W.K. Overby of Tifton, and two brothers, S.A. Marshall of Jacksonville and F.H. Marshall, of Meehan Junction, Miss., also survive. Funeral services were held at the home this afternoon at two-thirty o'clock, interment being at Lott cemetery. In their loss the relatives have the sincere sympathy of a large circle of friends of this city, where Mrs. Cochran was beloved by all who knew her.
