I need help with Douglas White who married Matilda Harris. They had 8 children one Lucinda White who married a Alvin Osgood Drury. Douglas and Matildas children were as follows: Minnie, Nelson, Benjamin Franklin who I believe married Flossie Hicox, Ira , James, Peter, Robert. I am in need of info on the Minnie, The Nelson born 1883, Minnie in 1890. They were born in and around Hicox, Wayne County. Osgood and Lucinda married after 1906. She died 1934, He died in 1940. We also have been unable to locate graves but Death Certificates say Hicox. We have searched New Hope and Baschlott. Nothing we can find. Osgood was also married to Dora Highsmith. I am seeking pictures of any of the above and would gladly pay. Thanks Barb

Hi Barb, If you find anything on that Douglas White, please let me know, he's a real ghost, I can't find where he came from or where he's buried or anything. Flossie Lee Hickox married Ira White, I'll have to get my files together to look up the rest of them, my computer when down and I haven't got all my info back in my computer yet, Flossie was my Granny.. Marsha I found where Douglas White and Matilda had two other children named Neson and Minnie White. I also found the evasive Douglas White had a first initial of N I am assuming it to be Nelson Douglas White being they named a son Nelson. Now if someone could help us withe family where and what happened to Douglas, Nelson and Minnie White. They were in the Brantley, Wayne area. Time zone he was born 1859, married Matilda Harris. Minnie born 1890, Nelson born 1883. If we could find info on those three we can go on searching.
