Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2001: MR. FOY D. FAULK A funeral service for Mr. Foy D. Faulk took place Tuesday afternoon in the chapel at Music Funeral Home with the Rev. Malcolm Mathison officiating. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery. The pallbearers were Alan Bennett, Billy Bennett, Ken Bennett, Stacy Faulk, Tyler Faulk, and Buddy Johnson. Saturday, Dec. 8, 2001: MR. ANDY YOUMANS BLACKSHEAR--Mr. Andy Youmans, 56, of Blackshear, died suddenly Friday morning (Dec. 7, 2001) at the Medical College of Georgia in August. He was a lifelong resident of Pierce County and a member of the Hoboken Church of God. His parents were the late Andrew and Susie Viola Oglesby Youmans. He is survived by a sister, Linda Holloway (husband Danny) of Blackshear; four brothers, Randall Youmans (wife Carole), Jimmy Youmans, Tommy Youmans and Sammy Youmans, all of Blackshear; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. A funeral service will be conducted at the Hoboken Church of God at 11 a.m. Monday. Burial will be in the Waters Cemetery. There will be visitation at Smith Funeral Home in Blackshear from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Sunday.
