http://www.geocities.com/shezzybug/1850.html Dear List, Please when you have a few moments, check out the latest questions I have for you about the 1850 Census Markings. The first is a name I'm stumped on. It appears to begin with an "H"? It is a HH for RYALS #261 so Christi will possibly have this in her source. The rest I think is self explanatory on the page. One is just a sample of some of the writings. I really like the way this Census taker wrote some of the letters. He/she got really fancy with some of the capital letters. Wish I could make out the name of this recorder. It appears in some spots to look like Geo. B. Williamson. I needed some expert hep, so I knew where to go. Thanks to Ray for his great suggestion from his librarian the other day. I think I forgot to say "Thank you". Sure didn't mean to be rude, he has been a lot of help around here. Always generous.
