Please, What are the articles I see some of you mention? (Clinch County news and names) Have I missed something? Christopher I remember going to Jekyll when there were signs for "White Only" and "Colored Only". Odd that you could stand within inches of each other side by side with the sign in between. And the Colored water tasted just like the White water from the fountains to me as a child with a curiosity. Hoboken and we have left I95 headed for Ware. A friend is driving and before I know it he is about to drive into a funeral procession. No! don't get into that! I screech. Why? Because we don't do that down here. Why, is it a law? I don't know, I just know that you don't get into a funeral procession and try to get around it the way we do in New Jersey and New York. Is this a law and on the books or what? Does anyone know? Christopher< Christopher, Back in 1999 someone sent me by way of e-mail attachment a document full of news articles from the area. I posted a few of them, They are from the 1940s. I do not know the original source of these articles and just got a little concerned that maybe they shouldn't be posted to the list, since I don't know the source. I love reading them, and know all y'all would too. ;-( Sharon
