I have a Martha Ann Phillips b. 1862 who was married to a Frank Capps b. 1857. Their children were Willie T, Lowdustey, Mary S, Ida Geneva, Charles C., Fred A, Frank R and Martha Pauline Capps. Martha Ann died in Charlton County, Georgia. Not sure where Frank her husband was from. Do you think this could in any way be a connection to your Capps?
