    3. Sherry, I know that Jane Howard's parents are Simon Howard (from Appling County, GA) and Harriett Unknown. That Jane was born in McIntosh County, GA in 1830, and that she and David Rowell were married in 1848. I don't have a clue if Jane Howard is Nancy Jane Howard or where she is actually buried. However, I have David Reed Rowell (b. 09/01/1846) as the son of James A. (Lt. CSA) Rowell and Temperance Dowling and married to Louisana Grooms. 3. Barb, Some DRIVER researchers believe that the Giles DRIVER line and mine which is currently known as Isaac DRIVER line are connected, but no one has ever been able to make the connection. They appear side by side in numerous census from the carolinas into Georgia and other places, have similar naming patterns of children...but that 'link' hasn't been found yet. I don't find any PITTs listed in my DRIVER files. I would love any information you might have on DRIVER names tho. If, you are willing to share, dates names ect. If I can help you any way, I will. I still owe you an answer on AMMONS/BENNETT. I would love to see if we connect there too. BENNETT, I can tell you I only know that one grandmother's name Malinda. I have a little more on the AMMONS tho. I'm having server problems, so if it takes me a while to answer y'all, please forgive. Sharon Driver Wright >Sharon does your Drivers tie in with the Pitts. I have Charles Driver who >married Prudence Pitt. Giles Driver married Olive Hardy. Barb<
