My cousin and I are working our family line of Gunter together and have run into a big question. Chloe Gunter is listed in the 1850 census with her four children and no spouse. Because of the name pattern and the location we feel that she is related to Isham Gunter, Sr. but we do not know how. Was she married to his son Francis? Or Isham???
