Hi all, What a nice day out, isn't it?!! We now have $105 towards the 1880 census images, leaving us a balance of $135 due. The 1840, & 1860 images should be online mid-April, & the 1900 in late May. Sidney DYESS is doing transcriptions for 1840, & has 2 districts done & the index done already!! Good job Sidney!! Is anyone else working on a Walton Co. census too? I may not be around much until after 14 April. We're having our carpet laid on the 13th, & have been doing some painting, repairing, removing old floors, etc. Have you ever noticed how BIG your house gets when you a painting, flooring job, etc. to do???? I've also been working on adding more marriages, & hope to be done before the carpet, so I go on to our Veteran page??? Thanks to Lowell, I've added some more directions to our cemeteries page. We also have some new surnames, or researchers added to our "Surnames of Interest" page. I believe those are JONES, PALMER, & RICHARDSON??? maybe 1 or 2 more. I've learned to print most of the "input" info out, & then I'll have it in case of another pc disaster. I have another "big" project in mind, & hope it works like I think it will. It involves our surnames, & making a mini web page. I have a "guinea pig" (wondered who SHE is???) that has sent me some info to try to work it out with!!
