Just wondering if anybody knows the law regarding rights of ingress and egress to cemeteries. We'll be tramping around a few places where there are cemeteries in backyards or woods on our upcoming Walton Co. cemetery project. Most people are very cooperative about surveying cemeteries, but there is one known place where we might have a problem. Do we have any attorney or someone else in our midst that could tell us if we have any rights in this respect?
