Say,if a cemetery is there can't or won't government make it a "historical" or "public access required area?" I studied law & seem to recall law pertaining to Private roads that lead to privately owned land are exempt from "tresspass" as long as they also lead to public land & as long as public stays on the paved surface untill out of private area & into the public or part not owned by owner of private road...duh!! where's a lawyer??? Too long ago but same deal as touists allowed to walk to beach via paths beside beach homes...
