I am currently in the process of transcribing the 1870 census for Walton County. I am using images off a CD from Heritage Quest. The images are in very good condition, but the enumerator sometimes writes really "sloppy". I need another set of eyes that can help me decipher some of these names. If anyone has a printed, film or whatever copy of the 1870 census, and is willing to help me, please contact me. I have two right now that have me stumped.
