    3. Hello list, I read about those of you who went to the reunion and was sorry to miss it. But I just got the opportunity to go and visit my Aunt Betty in Dalton. We went to the Walker co courthouse and got copies of family deeds. Imagine my surprise to see the plaque on the front of the courthouse had the name "Little-Cleckler Construction co."! My CLECKLER relatives had property where rt. 136 and West Armuchee rd. meet. Does anyone know anything about two persons buried in the Lafayette Cemetery??-- Deforest Cleckler, died 1885 and wife Carrie Frances Cleckler?? We also visited the Macedonia Baptist Cem. and saw the grave of Richard LANIER, my g g grandfather, Harriet Lanier Cleckler's father. Thanks to the great directions on the Rootsweb message board we had no trouble finding the grave. Walker co. is a nice place and I hope to visit again in the future. I found out also that there are some WOOD/WOODS relatives who married with the Lanier- probably in Whitfield co. Any connections--feel free to email me. Thanks Jeanette Hutton
