Thomas Golliher Jr. and Thomas Golliher, Sr. were in Wilkes Co. GA for the land lottery in 1805. They, along with other Gollihers, drew blanks, and moved on to Kentucky. Benjamin Austin Gollaher, eldest son of Thomas Jr., was born in 1806 in Georgia, according to the census. However, I have never been able to find a marriage record for Thomas Golliher/Gollaher and wife Judith, nor can I back them out of Georgia, IF the ones in Wilkes Co. were indeed my Kentucky Gollahers. The information I have from Wilkes Co. is this: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`` Wilkes County Tax Digest, by Frank Parker Hudson: Thomas Goliher is listed in 1802, Capt. Render's District.
