The daughter of Robert Richard SHIELDS and Mary Elizabeth LEWIS. John W. BIRD re-married after the early death of his wife Elizabeth. #2m. Lucinda WHITWORTH, b. about 1827 in Ga. d. in 1900, buried Chickamauga Cem. Walker Co. Ga. The daughter of Thomas and Milley WHITWORTH. Frederick H. WHITE, b. Apr 26-1843 in Tn. d. Nov 2-1897 in Waldron, Scott Co. Ar. [still searching for his parents] He married Mary Ann "Polly" BIRD Dec 13-1866 in Catoosa Co. Ga. Mary b. Sep 27-1840 in Tn., d. Aug 19-1906 Waldron, Scott Co.
