Ruel Edwards of Henry Co. GA drew land in the 1832 Land Lottery in what was to become Catoosa Co. Most of the time it was Walker Co. He was reported to have constructed the first grist mill in the area. Would like to correspond with any of his descendants. Thanks, Paul R.L. Vance
