Can you get newspaper articles from the paper in LaFayette GA. My grandmother's third husband was killed in what was said to be a hunting accident in late 1927 or early 1928. My mother said he was really killed by the KKK because he was a heavy drinker and was not caring for his family like he should have! His name was William Albert (or Albert William) Barnett and a brother or son Charles Barnett may have been injured at the same time. thanks jackie
