My Dear Cousin Kathleen, And it does not help much that they used the Wallen naming pattern either! I have always thought that we had a connection on the Smith line as well. My James Monroe Hollingsworth married an Elizabeth Smith. I am at a brick wall with her as well. One thing that you might want to look in is the fact that par of Hamilton County was made part of James County for a while but later reabsorbed back into Hamilton. Parts of Marion County was at one time considered Hamilton County also. I will keep you posted if I find anything. Linda Sue
