Atlanta, Ga. Aug 23, 2002 Evelyn Joyce EVANS DUNN, age 70, of Decatur, Ga., passed away Thursday, August 22, 2002. She was a native of the Durham Community on Lookout Moutain, Ga. She had resided in the Decatur area for the past 40 years where she was a clerk for the US Postal Service. She had also served as a nurse's aid at DeKalb General Hospital. She was of the Baptist faith and preceded in death by her grandson, Stephen Hollifield. She is survived by her loving husband, Howard Wesley Dunn, Sr., of Decatur; sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Janice Dunn of Conyers, Ga., Howard W. and Linda Dunn, Jr. of Eatonton, Ga.; daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Wylie Hollifield of Conyers, Ga., Pamela and Don Lawrence of Elberton, Ga; sister, Velma Morrison of LaFayette, Ga., 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, August 24, 2002 in J. Avery Bryan Chapel with Rev. Fred Bradford officiating. Internment will follow in Ascalon Cemetery, Lookout Mount! ain, Ga. ------------------- Joyce EVANS Dunn was the daughter of Albert Laxton 'Lack" Evans and Myrtle Tinker EVANS, buried at Brown Gap Cemetery.
