    2. Terry, I too am interested in the James family there. My GGGG Grandmother was Lenora Malinda Brown who we know first married a James. They where from Tennessee. We believe his name was Robert and that they had 5 children before his death. She then Married John Parrish Jr. We think that three of the children where Robert, William and Henry. If you can help with this I would do flips because we know much about her Parrish children but nothing of the James'. Thanks Linda Sue

For those of you that where not members at the time, two years ago my son got shot in the right eye with a blowdart and he has had six surgeries so far and things are still not looking like he will ever get his sight back, he has been suffering from some depression lately, sort of like post traumatic syndrome and that was why I have not been doing any research or posting or answering many letters, so if I ever get quiet on here please understand that I am still very much in love with my ancestor research but my son may need all my attention at times. Did find a place there to separate it into its individual frames, which is awkward but does let one view each map separately. Bill, Thanks for the suggestion to search Tucows. Found 4 animation editors ranging in price from $25 -$495. will just stick with IrfanView. Larry Shahan Kodak, TN

    3. I am going to jump in here about the Wallen family. I am not sure that this has been covered. I have information about John Wallen's first wife. In Washington County, 1777-1870, there are several paragraphs about the killing. Also, I was able to find the a copy of the original report. There also is a mention of of Tom Wallen being shot (not at the same time) during this time frame. If anybody is interested, let me know. Also, the information that I understand from this reading this list that was written by a relative about the Wallen family was actually published in part in the Chatta. Times and I will try to find my copy if anybody is interested. I am a ggggrandchild of John and Elizabeth Roberts Walling. I would love to share information with other relatives. The other reference was from the Walker Co. Families book. In Carolyn Wallin's book, it says that John's first wife in unknown... also there is no mention of the children from the first marriage...
