The earliest I was sure of was the 1850 census. It sure sounds like the same family. I haven't looked at the tax list very much, since I wasn't sure who William's parents were.... I would like to find some of the family of the children that stayed in Ga. I have been trying to get some old pictures and have some to share of William's grandchildren, but need his and wife and any out there and info of course. ...thanks again for the time and help.
