Hello, I am searching for the family and parents of Emile Wright Matthews(my great grandfather), born circa 1876. His daughter's birth certificate states he was from Upson Co, and his age at her birth suggests 1876 as his birth. I have searched the archives and message boards, and I have seen a lot of Matthews' families, but I do not know where Emile belongs. I also noticed some Wrights, so my thinking is that perhaps Wright is his mother's maiden name. The only other information that I have is that he had a sister, Sally, who lived in Pike county as an adult. Emile moved to Augusta, GA, married, and spent his entire life there. I believe the family was Methodist. Any and all help appreciated.
