Mrs. Martha Catherine Sappington nee GRAHAM died in Thomaston GA June 8, 1925. She was the daughter of Reverend William Harper Graham, a pioneer Ga. Methodist Preacher, and Mrs. Permelia Graham. She was born in Meriwether Co. Jan. 5, 1852 and moved with her parents to Monroe County as a child. She was married in 1872 to Newsome Asbury Sappington of Monroe County and lived there until the death of her husband in 1915. She then went to Thomaston to make her home. She is survived by the following sons & daughters.
