    2. Mr. J. T. Dozier Buried Here Thursday. The Macon News of Wednesday had the following account of death of Mr. J . T. Dozier: "Funeral services of J. T. Dozier, who died last night at his residence on Lynn Ave., will be held this afternoon at 4:30 o'clock at Burghard's, 718 Cherry Street. Rev. W. N. Ainsworth, Rev. J. E. Seals, Rev. J. E. Sampley will conduct the services. The interment will be in Thomaston tomorrow morning. Mr. Dozier was one of the best known men in the city, For twelve years he was superintendent of the Methodist Orphans home here. News of his death will be received not only in Macon but through out the State. He is survived by two sons, George L. and W. C. , of Macon and five daughters, Mrs., A. J. Schell of Vienna; Mrs. J. L. Brooks, of Indian springs; Mrs. W.W. Bennett, Macon; Mrs. J. C. Bland of Savannah, and Miss Susie Dozier of Savannah." Mr. Dozier formerly resided in this community and married an Aunt of Col.
