SAD DEATH OF YOUNG MATRON (Annie Ruth McDaniel Davis) Mrs. J. T. Davis died early Wednesday morning at her home about two miles East of Thomaston after a brief illness. Her remains were laid to rest in Glenwood Cemetery Thursday after funeral exercises at the Thomaston Methodist church, the last rites being conducted by Rev. M. S. Williams. The death of this young woman was especially sad as she was only 20 years of age and had been married but a year or so. Her death was a sad blow to her husband and loving family. She was the daughter of Mr. And Mrs. S. B. McDaniel. Mrs. Davis was a member of the Methodist church.
