He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Lena Knight; a daughter, Mrs. Edith Wheaton, Tampa; sons, Tommy Barfield, USN, South Pacific, and Roy Barfield, Michigan, a brother, A. M. Knight, Columbus, Ga."
