Said lands are particularly described according to a plat prepared by J. Burrus Smith,County Surveyor,on the 28th day of April,1934, as follows: Beginning at the original Southeast corner of said Land lot 90 and running thence North along the original East line of said lot 11.25 chains;thence West 24.25 chains thence South 3 degrees West 11.50 chains to the original South line of said lot; and thence East along the original South line of said lot 24.75 chains to the point of beginning. Tract 2/All of 1 acre of land lying North of the public road running from Burkett's Academy to Thunder,Georgia,in land lot No.91/15 district of Upson,County,Georgia known as the Old Skelton School site.This is the identical school site described in a deed from William Skelton to Richard Carriker, Harrison Mckoy,And Hamp Smith,Trustees of Skelton School, and their successors in office, recorded in Deed Book 26,Page 385, in Clerk's office,Upson Superior Court, and is also the identical real estate conveyed to Miss Virginia Lee Forbus by Deed of Upson County Board of Education, Dated August 7,1956, and of record in Deed Book 147,Page 184, said Clerk's Office,both of said Deeds by reference thereto being incorporated herein in aid of this description. Tract No.3/ All that certain tract of land,lying and being in the North part of land Lot No.91\15 Distict of Upson,County,Georgia, Described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northeast side of Jeff Davis Rd with the original North line of said Land Lot No.91,and running thence Easterly along the original north line of said land Lot to lands now or formerly of Bonnie Forbus; thence Southerly along the West boundery of said Forbus Lands 75 feet, more or less,to the Northeast side of said Jeff Davis Rd, and thence Northwestly along the Northeast side of Jeff Davis Rd to the point of beginning, said tract being triangular in shape.
