The funeral and burial arrangements will be announced later by Bentley’s & Sons Funeral Home. Mr. Howell is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bertha Mae Lockett Howell of Thomaston; two sons, Mr. Elmer Lockett of Fort Valley and Mr. Donnie Elmo Howell stationed in Germany; one daughter, Miss Barbara Ann Lockett of Ft. Benning; two brothers, Mr. Milton Howell Sr. of Ft. Valley and Mr. Otis Howell Sr.; three sisters, Mrs. Mary E. Resseau of Thomaston, Mrs. Rosa Bub Riley of Ft.
