W. Bain Proctor of Griffin died June 5, 2002, at Piedmont Hospital. He is survived by his wife Carole W. Proctor; two sons and daughter-in-law, Walter Proctor and Daniel (and Cathy) Proctor; one daughter, Heather Proctor; his mother-in-law, Martha D. Wilder of Thomaston; an aunt, Lila Proctor, also of Thomaston. Several cousins also survive. He is the son of the late Walter Proctor and Pauline Gilbert Proctor of Thomaston. Conner-Westbury Funeral Home Highway 92 West in Griffin, Georgia, is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be Thursday evening at the Funeral Home from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. The funeral will be Friday morning at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
