CAT, Does not seem to link to my CHARLES FAIR family from Union County who did not settle there until after the Civil War when he married SARAH WHITE. Charles Father, ARCHIBALD FAIR B: abt 1812) came out of Burke County, NC, migrated to Cherokee County and thence to Monroe County, TN after 1860 and before 1870. Although their birth years are close, your info says TOLIVAR was born in GA so he is not likely from my line. Thanks for caring.
