Can anyone help me with the Twiggs Families found in the 1850 Union County Census? I am trying to find a link between my 2nd Great Grandmother, Sarah Twiggs Brown and the sons of Timothy Twiggs who moved to Union County. Sarah was born in NC about 1823, I believe she could possibly be a daughter of William Twiggs. Does anyone have a list of his children? I think I have ruled out Willis Twiggs as her father, due to the age of his wife. Sarah Twiggs married John S. Brown, Jr. in Union Co. on September 3, 1842.
