In her database she is currently showing: Laura TOWNSEND who married Harvie A. DYER [some say he was Narvie]b. 1883-1947 b. @ New Liberty Cem. as the daughter of William Townsend and Elizabeth BOWERS. These are not the right parents for Laura TOWNSEND. William Riley TOWNSEND & Sarah Elizabeth "Eliza Jane" BOWERS-TOWNSEND's dtr Laura was Laura Hansel Townsend who married William Cess FIELDS 4/22/1880 in Union Co., GA. Laura & Wm. Fields had 11 children. I am not showing right now any other marriages for Laura. Sarah Elizabeth "Eliza Jane" BOWERS was the dtr/o David C. & Telithia BOWERS of Union Co., GA.
