    3. To Amason and Michelle-- One of you says Z.F. Gaddis married William Riley Clemons and the other say Z. F. married John Clemons. Which is correct?????? I know where the McCollums lived on the Mulkey Gap mountain. They were my Great-Grandparents. Amandaell's father Archibald died sometime around 1885. He wrote a card to one of his daughters in 1885 telling her to come quickly to see him that he was "Sick to Death". I have been able to find some living descendants of everyone of this McCollum family except Amandaell and Isaac. 3. To amason [email protected] Clemons-McCollum. Amandaell McCollum Clemons was my Grandmother's sister. Do you know of any living descendants from she and Isaac Clemons today? I've been searching everywhere for them. I was told in my family that The Clemons family were buried in the Old Whithe cemetery which is now on Forest Service land on Forest service Rd. # 39. This is known as Duncan Ridge Rd. in Union Co. How many of the family are buried there? The children of Amanda and Isaac were living in the household of their grandparents Archibald and Eliza Ann Parks McCollum. in the 1880 Union Co. Ga. Census, Coosa Dist.. I took it for granted that their parents had died. I will be interested in anything you can tell me about this family. Thank You. 2. Jim THANK YOU You sent me the information last year and I have been writing to Louise ever since. She lives about 3 hours from me and I am going to see her this summer. I can't thank you enough. The last time I saw her was in 1966 when my father, Rembert Owenbey, died and I went to Pa to see her and her mother Aunt Mabel. 3. Dear Peggy Sue and List, Mabel Owenby was married to James William Gaddis (8/23/1902-8/29/1928). He is buried at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery near Culberson, Cherokee County, NC. . He did have a son named Ed, a son named Max, and, of course, a daughter named Louise. He was my mother, Ellen Coralee Gaddis' oldest brother. 1. Re: [GAUNION] Status of Census Data & Our County
    2. CAT, I truly believe it was God's plan for me. I was working for a church for 13 years running their nursery. The Pastor retired. When they finally got a new Pastor, he wasn't the tradition Pastor that the congregation wanted. So the church lost a lot of people. At this time, out of the blue, I was offered a job to work at a veterinarian clinic at night. The owners knew me and they wanted someone they could trust to be in the clinic alone all night. I learned how to give insulin shots to diabetic animals, I learned about and took care of animals that had seizures, and I learned to bandages about everything I could bandage. After my Mother had her stroke she had to go on insulin. She developed seizures (very common after a stroke). And her foot developed gangrene which I had to clean and bandage. And when she had to have an amputation I took care of cleaning and bandaging the stump. So I think I *was* lead down a path. Take good care, Karen Carol Ann Tindell wrote: > > No, you aren't alone, Karen....and like you, this computer is also what keeps me > sane.... > Keep your chin up....God has plan for us. THOMPSON and is listed with her parents in 1850 Union Co. GA as a THOMPSON with 3 small THOMPSON children NOTE: It is assumed she was a LONG, based on what I was told by a living great granddau. and then finding her with the LONGs. Do you happen to have a THOMPSON connection for me? her children born in both GA and NC.
