Pam, I had a look to see if Jacob Watts was mentioned in Houston County deeds, but he wasn't that I could see. Since Twiggs is a burned county, you might not find as much general information about the family. Try the Tax lists and check the counties around Twiggs to see if he had any dealings in those counties.
