Hi, I don't know if this will be of any help or not, but it might be a clue for research. In "Twiggs Co. GA Abstracts by Bess Vaughn Clark, she indicated that many Twiggs Co. people after the 1827 lottery bought and sold lands in Sumter Co. GA. A check of Sumter Co. Deed Book A. shows many reference to Twiggs Co. These deeds were made in years 1829-1834. Mentioned were: ... James Hutchison.... Barbara S.
