As far as I know, my John Everett had no children or other descendants that wound up in Illinois. My John Everett was born in Edgecombe County, NC in 1784, and emigrated to Twiggs County in 1823; he died in September of 1849. On the other hand, all us Everett's are probably related if we go back far enough. My emigration pattern goes Eng->VA->NC->GA. What's yours? JP
