We understand that Twiggs County was Creek Territory in 1784 and then was a part of Wilkinson County for several years, but that there were English/American traders there. Can anyone shed light on this? A number of descendants of Jeremiah Cloud and other related/unrelated Clouds will be discussing this type of question when the Cloud Family Association meets in Huntsville, AL, over the weekend of 14-16 July.
