I'm trying to put together all the Rosters for those who participated in the Creek Indian Wars of 1836. Twiggs County sent one regiment (Volunteers) of 88 men to Columbus under Captain Pearson. Does anyone have a copy of these? Or if anyone is able to get it from the Archives in Atlanta....I'd welcome it. Many of these men later received bounty land for this service as well as pensions in later years. Thanks. Virginia
