I don't have anything whatsoever in my files on Troup County, GA WALKER's. I have an autobiography of my great-great-grandfather William Charles KELLY that states his sister Caroline married a Jowel WALKER about 1868 and moved to West Point, (Troup County) GA and she died in 1880. Wish I had more....This is one of those unions and people that I am at a dead end, my Aunt before her death searched for many years and no one has been able to find anything. All we know is that she left at least two children. I figured in 12 years of marriage prior to her death somewhere she left or Jowel left some sort of paper trail .
