    3. Hi everyone we have gone from the noisest group on rootsweb and getting sent messages that Rootsweb is down twice, to the zombie zone. Is everybody engrossed in the Stark Report? Just wanted to say that when posting to the board, or on the internet, if you are relating a bad experience don't use names. Use a general term such as person, use organization instead of the actual name, you never know who is reviewing the archives and why. Please keep that general idea in mind. Sometime it can also add fuel to a fire that is only smothering. It also alerts others that their could be a problem and they are very hesitant to answer your posts. Keep you posts light upbeat and informative, and you are much more likely to get results. Also any information you get from the internet, should only be used as a clue you should always seek proper documentation for all your ancestors. Another good thing to always remember is to post the source. If you got it from Bill's Book then say this information came from Bill's book. This helps the person you are sharing with know where to go to get the documentation. Try to always give credit to the person who shared that information with you. Does anyone else have any good tips, to share with us? Looking forward to hearing your ideas. Hilda
