Wounded at Chicamauga, Sept. 1863 SOLDIERS OF WWI (referred to in the book as the World War) (since of course they had only had one at the time of printing) FRANK WINN, soldier FRANK WINN was later (p175) listed as Commander of American Legion Baxter L.
