    2. Liz, Great to hear from somebody who knows ANYTHING about these folks. I got my info from "History of Troup County" and the section Wiley Traylor wa submitted by his gggrandson, I think. I have--from this book-- WILEY TRAYLOR married 1st--ELIZABETH ELSIE VARDEMAN no further info They had 3 sons, no names or dates given, and then they had: --WILLIAM TRAYLOR --no further info --RACHEL TRAYLOR b. 1821 d. 1904 in Troup married CHARLES CARDEN FREEMAN --SARAH TRAYLOR b, 1827 d. 1858 maried WILLIAM T. GODWIN --MARTHA "Mattie" TRAYLOR b. March 20, 1833 d. July 15, 1862 married in 1853 to JOHN POWELL PORTER (my line) WILEY TRAYLOR married 2nd ELIZABETH WALLER, daughter of JAMES WALLER and ELIZABETH ELLIS no further info Her first husband: BRITTON W. EVANS WILEY and this second Elizabeth had: --PHYLLIS ANN AMERICA TRAYLOR b. 1839 d. 1866 married C.C. MARCHMAN in 1856 --ROWENA AMANDA TRAYLOR b. 1841 d. 1885(her name appears "Roanna" Troup Co., Cemetery List on the inernet) married JAMES THOMAS JOHNSON in 1860 So, Wiley's second wife had been married before and then was married a third time? Very interesting. This was some marrying crowd! --Do you know if she and WILEY divorced or she married again after she was a widow? --Have any dates?
