Am seeking info on the following: Thomas HUMPHREY and Malinda JOHNSON. .....George W. b. abt 1820 in GA .....William Johnson b 21 Oct 1821 in GA & d 30 Nov 1842 in Cass Co, TX. .....David Crockett b 1 May 1829 in GA & died aft 1900 in TX George was married to Missouri Ann GREEWAY on 30 Nov 1842 in Troup Co, GA and they had a least 7 kids. John W, Sarah E, George, Martha, Mary, Elvira, and Thomas. William Johnson was married to 1st Nancy E MILNER on 30 Oct 1845 in Tallapoosa Co, AL. After her death in Tallapoosa Co, AL, William came back to Troup and married a Sarah E. WHEELER. William and Nancy had at least 5 children: Malinda Ann, Thomas D, William Jesse, David Hopkins, and Mary Elizabeth. William and Sarah had 6 children: Nancy Jane, Sarah Eldie, Johnny, George H, Mollie R, and Robert L. David was married to Sophronia H. MORRIS on 26 Sep 1850 in Troup Co, GA and they had at least 6 children. Brice Chisum, William, David, George, Charlie, and Martha M. David worked for the railroad and I believe may have lived in Rome, GA til after the war and then went to Cass Co, TX. Then to McLennon, Hill and Jones Cos. After his parents death, David was indentured to his uncle, Brice Chisum JOHNSON for 7 years. This may have happened in 1843. He was living with his brother George in 1850.
