After corresponding with several people, I believe my gggrandfather is buried in an unmarked grave with others there near Guyton. I would love to visit that area, and won't give up on finding the general area of his grave. Touching about the oak tree.....can just see them there young and scared and brave... There is a part of the Guyton Cemetery set aside with a nice marker for the unknown Confederates buried there. Thanks again, Sylvia
