W.), Charley C, Z. V. (Zebulon Vance) and John P. All CARTERS, born in Lowndes County GA to Isaac and Elizabeth (JOYCE) CARTER. They are listed on the 1910, 1920 and 1930 Thomas County GA Census. (some later in Colquitt county) If someone has researched this particular CARTER family, please let me know. They disappear from Lowndes County after 1900 and I have to surmise they are the family I'm looking for.
